We are so excited to be back! This week we are kicking off summer camps for both Cross Country and Track and Field. Complete details below: 

CROSS COUNTRY SUMMER CAMP

• Monday - 7 AM at Central Park (Map Link). Meet near the start line.
• Tuesday - 7 AM at Fairview Park (Map Link). Meet near the picnic shelter.
• Wednesday -7 AM at Fairview Park  (Map Link). Meet near the picnic shelter.
• Thursday - 7 AM at Central Park  (Map Link). Meet near the picnic shelter.
• Friday - 7 AM at Central Park (Map Link). Meet near the start line.
• Saturday - 6:30 AM at Coastal Peak Park (El Moro Canyon) (Newport Beach - Map Link).

The map links provided show the exact location of where we will meet every day. Please be sure to bring the following with you on the first day of practice:

• Emergency Card
• Summer Camp Fee ($375) - cash or check made out to HBHS Cross Country and Track & Field Boosters. Please put the athlete's name in the memo line.

Every athlete is also expected to have the following items at practice every day

• Running shoes and proper running attire
• Water bottle
• Post-Workout Snack (fruit, energy bar, etc.)
• Yoga mat or beach towel
• Simple resistance bands

Open to all New and Returning Athletes

July 14-25, 2025
10 am - noon
At the Track and Field Stadium

Cost: $150 for one week or $250 for both weeks
Cash or Checks made out to HBHS
Please send cash in an envelope marked with Athlete’s name.
Please write your athlete’s name in the check memo line.
Wear athletic gear/shoes, bring water, a post workout snack, and a great attitude.

No experience needed - you’ll learn proper sprint technique and get to try out multiple events that are part of the track and field.
